This plugin minifys css, js, html, load js asynchronous... and create a cached version of the compressed file.
I would like to know if everything could be set on in it and if it will not break hikashop.
The options are:
Combine CSS
Combine JavaScript
Gzip Js and CSS
Minify CSS
Minify JS
Minify Html Defer Javascript
Lifetime Days []
Other options
Search Body
Include inline css Styles
Include Inline Js
Replace @imports in css
Include PHP and external resource files
and Load JS Asyncrounously

I've tried to utilize this plugin as well, and found too many things broke. The nature of a joomla website has too many external moving parts. Frustrating really, because the plugin improved site speed by a landslide.

As btbjosh says, if you turn on everything in it, it will probably break HikaShop and not only HikaShop on your website. You need to be careful as it's a double edge sword.

I think one of the themes crated for hika used it rca or something similar, does anyone know its configuration?

Also i´m talking with varnish and hikashop have them as partner, have you tested it? does it really deserve the price?

I don't.

Regarding Varnish, I didn't try but since they have a specific integration, there should be no compatibility issue and if there is, you can always have them fix it.
