Hikashop and jomsocial fuctionality

I wanted to know if the plugin you offer for Jomsocial to show "purchased Product" on a user profile can be modified to also show a user's hikamarket multivendor products?

Hi,

Yes the plugin can be modified to change the SQL query.
The current query look at the products on the user orders, to display the vendor's products, you will have to load the vendor of the user and look at the products for this specific vendor.
But because you will display the products and not the orders, the generated HTML content should be modified too.

The best at this moment will be to duplicate the plugin to have two distinct plugins for jomsocial.
At this moment you will be able to update HikaShop without loosing your modifications to the jomsocial integration plugin.

If you can gave us more details, we can see to put your request in the HikaMarket TODO list.

Thanks for your reply. Excuse my ignorance, but which line on the code is doing the SQL query for the product?
If I can find the line I will figure it out with the info you gave me how to do the plug in.. if it works I will post it here.

As far as adding it to the TODo list, I want to be able to attribute a particular product to a person (a vendor) that has contributed the design applied to the product . That way I can set up fee structures to work out as commissions and at the same time the designer will show their designs on their profile.

Hi,

Well, the SQL request and the generated HTML are all in the "community / hikashop" plugin.
You should find it under the folder "plugins/community/hikashop/hikashop.php".

But like I said in my previous message, the modification of the SQL query will require more than just a query modification.

I added your plugin request into the "HikaMarket/Jomsocial integration" task.

About your second request, can you please tell me more about it ?
I suppose that your are talking about a "multiple fee" system, where a product can have several "vendors" in the same time which will generate several sub-orders with different fees. I am right ?

Thanks for your reply.

What I mean is you where to submit a design and I was to use it I will set it up in the store as if it was your product and have a 75% fee on the sale. In essence what that would do is make the product look like is your product, give you a 25% cut of the sale, and I want the product to show up on a "vendors" Jomsocial profile.
