Shadowbox product image doesn't show

I just got the upgrade from Essential to Bussiness
That happens When clicking on product image to see it in a shaowbox or mootools
I changed all possibilities to display

It seems that another extension is trying to display the image, it don't use shadowbox or mootools.
Please check that there is not a third plugin loading the popup.
