Google remarketing does not generate code

Hi.

Hikashop conversion tracking (remarketing) does not generate any output.

I think I have setuped it well.


Any idea, please?

Hi,

We have a similar issue reported (in the french forum section).

But the report is for HikaShop 2.5.0 ; so I guess that the issue might not be linked to HikaShop version number but maybe with a modification in Joomla which does not allow the plugin to work properly.

Which Joomla version number are you using ?

Hi,

We've found the issue. It comes from the fact that the plugin wasn't made to support products with characteristics.
Install this new version of the plugin and that will fix the problem.
