minimum order price in shipping shows fake to user

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.19
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Hi Guys

Seems that i found a bug?
The Message shown to the customer is false, when i set a minimum shipping cost.

Have a look to my pictures
In backend i set a min. of 50 CHF! in my shipping method.



The min price shown to the customer is 10Euro! ????





Where does this 10 Euro come from?

Hi,

Thank you for your report.
I've found that error message in the German language file:

ORDER_TOTAL_TOO_LOW_FOR_SHIPPING_METHODS="Der Mindestbestellwert einer Lieferung beträgt 10,- €."

It's apparently the translator which forgot to provide a generic version of the message, like we have in the English translation file:

ORDER_TOTAL_TOO_LOW_FOR_SHIPPING_METHODS="The total of your order is too low for all the possible shipping methods"

Could you provide the correct text so that we could update it in the language file as we don't speak German ?
On your end, you can edit the translation file under the Languages tab of the HikaShop configuration in order to put the correct text there.

Ok
Here is the translation:

Der Mindestbestellwert für den Versand ist zu klein.

But better would be the translation with a variable that put the amout that i set in the backend.
This would be more confortable for the shopper to see the min. total purchase price.

Is there a variable for it?
Also for the currency?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no variables in order to dynamically add price and currency symbol...maybe later in our futur release ?
But we have now to correct this bad translation thanks to you.

Thanks ! Well, if you spot anything else which is problematic in the German translation, or if you want to complete it (the new translations are at the end of the file), do not hesitate ! There is a "share" button on the translation file edition interface so that it automatically sends your modifications to us so that we can publish them for everyone.
All the translations of HikaShop besides the French, English and Japanese were done by other users of HikaShop so you can see how valuable it is to others for people to contribute, even for a bit.
