You might be able to use one of the email to sms services.
Try googling email2sms.

For everything relative to SMS, I would recommend to use AcySMS which is integrated with HikaShop:

I think they have moved away from SMS for now. I'd be very interested in an sms to contact a customer as their order status changes. Thanks again for HikaShop!

Indeed, AcySMS is no more. However, it rose from its ashes, and a fork was released under the name JoomSMS :
extensions.joomla.org/extension/joomsms/
