PayPal-Problems

hello everybody!

need some help, please.

i have a problem with the paypal-payment.

1. the payment at itself works correctly. i have paid and at my other paypal-account i have reveived the money,
but payment-status at the backend of my hikashop is still "created" instead of "confirmerd". whats the problem?
i have attached a screenshot from my settings

2. is it possible to try the paypal-methode in sandbox?

today i have tried it again and it worked as it should, but i dont know why it doesnt worked yesterday.
i dont have made any changes at the settings.

does anybody else had this problem?
because i dont want, that it sometimes work and sometimes not.

Hi,

This issue can be coming from the fact that you switched off the "Allow payment notification from PayPal" option, but you should keep the "debug" option on, and check your payment log file when you'll face this issue again.
