Not receiving Paypal notification

Hi,

I have gone over multiple times the setup for paypal payment plugin and the FAQ troubleshooting for paypal plugin.

Payments are going through without an issue, just not the IPN in return.

This is what currently have under the IPN notification URL (enabled) on Paypal.

I have attached a screenshot of the plugins config. But I don't think I have missed anything.

There is nothing coming through on the payment log file and in checking the IPN history it is getting a 200 response.

Everything is public, so there should be no issues there, no mobile joomla, is not on local host nor down for maintenance. refreshed paypal ips, plugin is public and the payments are being accepted by paypal.

Where should I look to from here? Is the IPN setup the only thing necessary on Paypal end?

What to do next if you still can't get your payment notifications ?
That's where it gets difficult. You need to turn on the debug option of your payment plugin and process a new order. Then, look at your payment log file in the Files tab of the configuration. There will be written the traces of what happened when the payment plugin was triggered.
If the file is empty, it means that something blocked the notification before it reached HikaShop and we won't be able to help much as it's probably one of the points above.
If the file is not empty, it should give valuable information on what is happening. Like when it stops, what the data received for the notification, does it stop at the security check etc
