I'm having a payment problem and I'm trying to analyse it myself without asking in the forum (yet, unless I get more information!!). I have turned on Debug mode, checked the directory permissions are correct, but I cannot see any log.
I send an order to Paypal, and Paypal seems to have a problem with the Merchants account. But nothing comes back to the online shop. An order was successfully created and processed by Paypal earlier the same day and nothing changed in Hikashop so I am pretty sure it's not a problem on our side. I'm just looking for more information.
My client is travelling so I am unable to look at his Paypal log.
Can you direct me to where the Hikashop log should be created? Should a message come back from Paypal to the shop to cancel the order? Or is Paypal the only option to debug this further?
