Product Doesn't Show In Search Results

I'm stuck and cannot figure this out.

I have a product that does not come up in the search results. Product is 20-5050 Thunder THR-1L

When searching simply by the name Thunder...it does not show up.

If you search by the product code 20-5050, it shows up

If you search by the full name of Thunder THR-1L, it shows up.

Other Items show up when using only part of their name, like Mad Cat, Stormcrow, or Sunder...they show the correct items even though you're only searching for part of the whole name.

I'm not 100% sure, but it seems like the Thunder item is the ONLY one that this happens to. I've gone so far as to re-enter the name of the unit in the product listing, and it still doesn't work.

Any thoughts here?

Ugh...sorry to have bothered you with that. I completely forgot there was a limit. I've changed the limit and now it's showing up.
