-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.10
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 102.0.1

When I upgraded to Hikashop 4.6.0 from 4.4.5 the Product Badge overrides the Product Listing Image Title sub-element so it does not work as a hyperlink any more. If the cursor is on the badge image area, there is no link.

I am using Hikashop in Catalogue mode not as a shop.

As a workaround I have reduced the size of the badge image size but this still leaves the top of each sub-element that does not function as a link to open the product page.

Is there some new configuration that covers the badge display?

I am using the default front end CSS file. If you go to the URL supplied, you should be able to see this behaviour.

Hello,

So far, from what we can see on your frontend, your badge haven't a define Url (in Products dropdown => Badges, and in Main Information part).
About your display issue & the css apply on your page, several tests to process :
1. A test with a default template like ProtoStar
2. WITHOUT your style_custom.css, for none

Process each try step by step, and only then you can do the test WITH ProtoStar AND WITHOUT your style_custom.css at the same time, to see a little further.

Awaiting your returns to progress on your subject.
Regards

Thanks Philippe

I created a URL for the badge and it now works correctly.

Thanks for this solution.

Just to clarify the solution - if I add a URL for the badge, then the link takes me to the page for that badge - this may be desirable in some situations but for mine, I just want to display the badge, not have an active link.
