Hi

I have a number of Hikashop Content modules that are loaded on the home page. All has been fine recently. Today I noticed that none of them are loading so I have a page with the menu, logo etc but no content.

If I visit a category and then return to the home page the site then loads as expected.

I have attached an error log. I would really appreciate some help in resolving this if possible please?

Thanks

David

Hi,

I think it's something linked to the styles of the template. Do you have different styles between your homepage and the other pages of the website ?
Also, it's not only the HikaShop modules with the issue. The newsletter module at the bottom also has the same issue so it seems to be bigger than just HikaShop.

Hi Nicolas

the site use Rocket Theme template (Salient). The home page uses a Home Particles template. This has been working without any issue now for about 3 years. There is often odd changes required and updates for the components, plugins & modules as is usual.

The newsletter module is just a custom html module with a piece of code added.

Any further advice you may have would be appreciated?

Thanks

David

Hi,

I'm not sure why it does that. Maybe your template provider would have a better idea.

However, I'm not sure why you need two different templates there.
You could have only one template, the default one, and configure the modules in a central position of your default template but only assigned to the "home" menu item. That way, it should display the same, but without the glitch.

Hi

I am not sure either. I made the changes earlier that you have just posted and all seems to be working as expected.

Thanks

David
