Text in Category view

Edit the category in the Products>Categories menu and add your text in the description of the main category.
Then, edit your menu item in the Joomla menu manager and make sure the "show description" setting is activated and you'll see the text of the description at the top of the listing.

In the settings of your menu item in the Joomla menu manager, you have a setting "main category" where the main category of the menu item is selected.
If you go in the menu Products>Categories of HikaShop you should be able to see that category on the left category explorer. There, click on the parent of that category and you should see that main category on the right side categories listing. Click on the edit icon for that category and you'll be able to edit it and change its description.
