Weird repeat of home page and menu under products

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.11
-- PHP version -- : 8.1

Hi I upgraded hikashop
Now i get a repeat of my menu and logo etc under every product showing in hikashop_submodules
No idea how to disable this - ive never seen this behaviour before.
How can i remove this please
