Related products not showing both ways

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.0
-- Joomla version -- : 4.2.6

Hello,
I have setup products and added them to be related products on each product setting. I have a Content module setup to show related products and the configuration set tot show the module below products. However it seems the related product is only showing under one of the products and not be replicated on the other.

Click on the related product at the bottom and it does nto show the Talc product on the fragrance page.

What have I done worng? I ahve tried usign the default Cassiopeia template and it still was not showing.

Hi,

Could you provide a screenshot of the settings under the "HikaShop options" tab of the settings of the module in the Joomla modules manager and a screenshot of the "modules under the product page" setting of the HikaShop configuration ?

Hi,

You need to turn off the "related products from..." setting in the module.
With this setting activated, the module will filter out the products to only display the ones related to the products already in the current cart.
