Unable to show all products

Hi,

Always in my multi-vendor shop for food delivery and to test for the filter function, i want to make a menu (or hidden menu) with all the products, and i cant. So i dont understand why nothing show on this page.

1. I make a menu with hikashop product listing.
2. I select the main category, it is not product but vendors for me (see screenshot).
3. I select in the option to show all sub-element.
4. I go to my page => blank page.

Hi,

When you say "blank page", do you mean the page is totally blank ?
In that case, it means there is a PHP error. Activating the "error reporting" and "debug mode" setting of the Joomla configuration would display the error message on the blank page.
Or do you mean that you don't get any products displayed on the page but the template itself is being displayed ?
In that case, it might be linked to this issue we fixed a few days ago:

So in that case, download again the install package of HikaShop 4.7.0 and install it again on your website and you'll get the patch mentioned in that other thread and it might be enough to fix the problem.
