Hi,

I do see the quantity input field on the details page of a product:

I do not see it on listings. For the listings, you need to edit the menu item / module settings via the Joomla menu manager / Joomla modules manager and turn on the quantity input display setting under the "product options" / "HikaShop options" tab to make it displayed there.

Hello,

It can be, but you have to check that you didn't use HikaShop override (see Documentation ) and if it's not the case.

Then you have to contact the template creator especially if this template is sale as HikaShop compatible.
Well done with your default template test, that a good way to sometime find the root issue.

Hello,

An override (as detailed in the linked Documentation) is way to customize your HikaShop view, and so as you can guess this can modify the operation of your views and above all can upset your settings.

Note, that an override is associated with a template, that's why when you switch from a template to another this can make disappear your current error.
And so, the switch template test can leads to 2 root issue, template AND override.

Regards
