Pre-select characteristic

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.4
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.2
-- PHP version -- : 8.1

I have a products with characteristis dropdown with 5 options

how can i have a link to my product in which one of the options that i want be selected

Hi,

In the URL of the product page, you normally have the id of the product.
If you change that id to the id of the variant you want to preselect, the system will automatically preselect that variant instead of the default one.

but i have not the ID of the product in the url
isn't there any other method ?
