Multiple options special use

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to do the followings thing (no problem to buy pro if need).

For a client, i want to use hikashop to sell not products but activités and would like to do the following.

Have a product with two option :

1. First option is a date (but it's like it is a size)
2. Second option is an acitivities (but its like it is a color)

What i want to do is the following : like the person can't sell two product at the same date, i want each date can be sell only one time. i can put 1 in quantity no problem.
But i want each date to have differetn option with a different prize.

For now i can't do what i want, i you see my url example, i have 2 option (2 characteristics) thats what i want but i can't affect a quantity to an option only.
For example, i have to put : date : 04.05 green >> quantity : 1 date : 04.05 blue >> quantity : 1

so people can buy 04.05 green one time and 04.05 blue one time and it's not ok.

What i want is to set quantity one to date for example so have "04.05" only quantity 1 so if some buy 04.05 green or 04.05 blue, quantity is 0 and can't buy anymore.
