Landing Page

Well, yes and no ?
Constructing a landing page on Joomla is usually done with a Joomla article menu item made as default. And in that Joomla article, you can add modules, HTML, images, links, etc to create a structure similar to your screenshot.
So, in that sense, it's possible, but it doesn't involve HikaShop.
Now, you could create a products listing module via the Joomla module manager in order to generate the area for the 3 product images, and then include that module in the Joomla article of the landing page.
That way, you would have something dynamic, which would change based on the settings of the module. For example, if you want the latest products, you can configure the module to display the latest products (or actually use the "latest products" module instance pre installed with HikaShop), and the module would update based on the products you create in your HikaShop backend.
