Sales report for one product

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.24

Hi guys,

I feel like I am being dense here and there is a easy fix. For the url above, we have had multiple sales this month.

I have set the report (link below) settings and when I click 'save' it shows 0 sales. I can't seem to figure out how to see the sales for a given month by product.

Hi,

It's working fine on my end but I guess that it's because your product has variants and thus they are not considered as the same product.
Try to remove the price restriction and instead check the "compare product" checkbox and you should get something on your graph.

I tried that with no success. I agree it must have to do with variants or options, but that should not be a issue.

I am not sure what you meant by "price restriction" but I did change to "compare" as per the screenshot.

Still no change. Please advise. Thanks.
