-- PHP version -- : 4.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no errors

Hi!
After update I have a problem with chekout.
I can't complete the checkout. when i arrive the finish page of the checkout process, no matter how to click the finish button, the page just was refreshed, can't go to the payment page.
And shippining methode does not enable on chekout.
Plase help.

Hi,

I've tried to look at the problem on your website. However, after registering and clicking on the activation link, my account is still blocked on your website (probably because the validation has to also be done by the administrator based on how you configured your Joomla user manager settings). So I can't login in order to move forward with the checkout and see the problem.

You're probably having an issue, but no error message is displaying because of your template :
www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...tibility-issues.html

HikaShop uses the core Joomla messaging system to display messages on your website so if you don't see any message when you don't enter correct information during the checkout process, that's probably because your Joomla template does not contain the tag to display Joomla messages: <jdoc:include type="message" />
Or sometimes, your template has an option to turn that display off. So first, check about such option in your template options screen and turn it on.
If you don't find it, please edit the index.php file from your template and make sure the tag <jdoc:include type="message" /> is added to it.
If not, please add it just before the tag <jdoc:include type="component" />
This tag should already be present in all templates.

Same issue here -but messaging is enabled (e.g. all other errors come up).

Joomla 3.4.3
Hikashop Business 2.5.0

Absolutely same action - clicking "Finish" just refreshes the page.

@Mohamed - did you solve the problem? If so - how?

I cheked to index.php file all is ok!
and i turned error reporting to development and on all pages enable those errors

No I don't have that issue on my end so, can you show me through some screenshots how did you configured your checkout workflow via "Hikaoshop->System->Configuration->Checkout" after setting the "Advanced checkout workflow edition" option to "NO" ? And also tell me which shipping and payment method did you used ?

Your first screenshot does not allow to see your checkout configuration.
It looks like your backend CSS file is uncompleted.
Would it be possible to know your checkout workflow configuration ? (like Mohamed asked you in the previous message).

When I try to access to your website using the temporary account that you gave us, I'm having a : "You do not have access to the administrator section of this site."
So I wasn't able to directly test/debug it.

As I said :

I can't access to your configuration with the account that you gave me, but I think that I understood from where your issue was coming from.

1. Your Front-end template probably prevent your website to display your checkout errors, so you'll probably find a solution there :

HikaShop uses the core Joomla messaging system to display messages on your website so if you don't see any message when you don't enter correct information during the checkout process, that's probably because your Joomla template does not contain the tag to display Joomla messages: <jdoc:include type="message" />

2. Also you're probably blocked through your checkout workflow because no error method was found, and that issue is coming from the fact that your products don't have any weight/dimensions, so if you don't want to fill each product wiehgt/dimensions you'll probably have to directly set the "Force shipping regardless of weight" option to YES via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" and that should do the job.

Yes you're right I'm also still having that issue even if I select the shipping method, and there is no error message displayed.

And i don't understand why doesn't work access to admin panel?

It's just that with the access that you gave me, I don't have access to :
- The "Hikashop->System->Configuration" menu
- The Joomla "System->Global Configuration" menu
So I can't change your Hikashop configuration option enable the Joomla debug mode during my temporary tests.

Hi,

We got your backend access and we were able to move forward with the debug.
However, when trying to debug the necessary files via the FTP access you provided, the access didn't allow us to find your website files.

Here is what we see on your FTP:
take.ms/j03Fz
But there is no /home/rodeojean1/rodeojean.ru folder and we couldn't find the files of your website anywhere.
Could you also do something about it ?
