Okay thanks, but unfortunately the FTP access you gave do not have any right for that folder.
We have a nice message telling us that "The operation is not permitted".

I don't understand what you mean?

and about ftp access is work fine i ll send you a new pasword

Hello,
Thanks for the FTP access, your issue was coming from your "System - JCH_Optimize" plugin which was preventing your website from using any JavaScript code.
I just unpublished it and it's working fine.
