Hi,

The page you pointed is to buy HikaShop Business while having a valid license of HikaShop essential.
It is the "Essential To Business" ; so it will work only if you have the "essential", not with the "starter" one.

If you have an HikaShop starter, you just need to buy HikaShop Business.
www.hikashop.com/extensions/hika-business.html

You can check your subscription in the "my subscription" page.
In that page, you can also download the latest version of HikaShop (starter, essential or business ; depending your subscription).

Hi,

This message is Joomla related ; you will find a lot of threads in the Joomla forum which talk about it.
And you will also find a lot of threads in this forum talking about it ; just a little search will give you the answer.

so the filter works fine when searching inside each category but not the whole online shop. You may see this on www.gamebreakermalta.com/new where the filter on the right hand side does not display any items when searched. Why is this?

Hi,

In the filter module options, you need to enter the id of a menu item of the type hikashop products listing in the "Menu" option of the module. That menu item should be configured to display all the products.
That's actually how the "Products listing" menu item which is installed by default by HikaShop is configured. So you can just use its id there and it will work....unless you messed with its options, in which case I would need a screenshot of the hikashop settings of the products listing menu item you're using in your filter module.

Hi,

Yes. The menu item with the id 1376 needs to be a products listing menu item which lists all the products. You can check its settings via the menu Display>Content menus.

Edit via the menu Display>Content menus the menu item with the id that you entered in that "menu" option and provide a screenshot of all the options of that page.
If the listing of results doesn't work, it means that there is a problem with these options as I said in my previous message.

Hi,

The settings to check are the settings for the menu with the id 1376 so in your case the "Search" menu.

Hi,

Your performing a search in the category "product category" but in the product directly in that category ("sub element filter" is set to "direct sub elements").
Because you do not have any product in that category but you have your products in sub categories, the filters can't find anything because there is no product where it is looking.

You should change the sub element filter into "all sub elements".

Hi,

For the Filters word, you can add such CSS on your website:
.hikashop_filter_fieldset legend{ display: none; }

I don't see two search words so I'm not sure what you're talking about. Could you do a screenshot and circle what you're talking about on the screenshot ?
