Supposing that you're using the Recaptcha plugin we provide here ( www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/223...-with-recaptcha.html ), it has a setting called "Display after" to select the position when you edit it via the Joomla plugins manager.

How can i change the position of Hikashop recaptcha? I need to put it at the end of billing address info.
Basically i need it to be the last field.

You can use ReCaptcha if you want. You didn't ask for it specifically, so I didn't mention it.

We propose our own ReCaptcha plugin:

You can use it instead of Joomla's. It works with the Joomla registration page, the HikaShop registration page, the Joomla contact form and HikaShop's contact form.

We also developed more recently an integration plugin between HikaShop and Joomla's captcha system:
www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/281...-joomla-captcha.html
This will allow you to use the same captcha system as the one you configured in Joomla and it can work for both HikaShop's registration page and HikaShop's contact form.

Now, why I didn't mention them in the first place ?
That's because nowadays, Recaptcha and other captcha systems can be easily circumvented by spam bots. OSpam-a-not works better, from what we could find. And that's why we're using it instead of ReCaptcha on our own website.

Why can't you simply integrate the ReCaptcha integrated into Joomla?

HikaShop's registration form does not support Joomla's captcha system by default.
You have 3 options here:
- We've developed an integration plugin to make the link between Joomla's captcha system and HikaShop:

- Historically, we had our own Recaptcha plugin before Joomla even integrated a captcha system:

This plugin supports both HikaShop's and Joomla's registration forms. If you use this, you need to deactivate Joomla's captcha system.
- Lately, captchas has becoming less and less useful with the improvements made by AI and bots. We've stopped using Captchas on our end and we've switched to this extension which works better:

So maybe you want to try this out.

I'm having problems with a lot of spam registrations on the site and I want the registration form to have a captcha to mitigate spam registration.
The recaptcha plugin is installed on the site and is configured with the appropriate credentials, it is activated in the global configuration recaptcha as the default captcha, in the user options the use of recaptcha is configured, there is no override of the registration form view.
But the captcha is not available on the user registration screen.

What am I missing to check or configure?

This is not a method to prevent bots from registering.
This will just forbid registrations via the Joomla registration page or the HikaShop registration page, and only allow it during the checkout.
But bots will still be able to register through the checkout registration form.

If you want to prevent bots from registering on your website, I would rather recommend using extensions.joomla.org/extension/ospam-a-not/
That's what we use on our website.
Also, we have a ReCaptcha plugin you can use to prevent bots, but nowadays, captchas can be circumvented by bots:

Well, I dont have any other ideas.
Could you provide a backend access and an access to the ReCaptcha account in order to check on the situation ?

Also, note that captcha works less and less to protect against bots due to advanced made in the past few years with AI. On our end, we switched to extensions.joomla.org/extension/ospam-a-not/ 2 years ago and we are satisfied with the results. This could be a good opportunity to look at switching on your end.

I already disabling convert form recaptcha (use in contact form) and the default Joomla recaptcha not in use, already disabled.

The issue still persist. This issue never happen before but we noticed it by last 2 day after one of our customer complaint that he cannot register the account because the recaptcha error.

Nous n'avons pas réussi à reproduire le problème, et votre popup est affichée MAIS en fonction des résolution (ou des tailles d'écran).
Dans ce cas que vous voyez dans ma screenshot, la popup était caché "naturellement".

Du coup, ce genre de commande Css peut permettre de toujours voir la popup en toute circonstance.Résultat :


L'autre chose que nous avons constaté et qui ne devrait pas être fait, est que vous utilisez 2 plugin de reCaptcha.


Honnêtement, nous ne comprenons même pas comment cela peut marcher, mais nous avons réussi à créer un compte (non confirmé).
En tout cas, nous vous recommandons chaudement de n'utiliser que notre plugin reCaptcha (encadré en rouge).

Someone else mentioned here ( www.hikashop.com/forum/5-support-en-fran...r/346918.html#346748 ) that the same error happened when the URL of the website didn't match with the domain configured in the ReCaptcha account.

Also, if you configured both Joomla's captcha and HikaShop's captcha, they can interfere and generate that error:

Make sure you use only HikaShop's.

I have the problem with the System - HikaShop ReCaptcha v2. Once enable user cannot register new account as it show "Anti-bot Validation - Unknown error"



Registration form are using the Hikashop registration, and the plugin for the HikaShop ReCaptcha v2 are running invisible recaptcha v2. Currently i have disable the plugin to have the site working.

Please advise how to fix the issue?

J'ai téléchargé la version gratuite de OSpam-a-not. Ce plugin protège donc mon formulaire de contact ET le formulaire Hikashop dans lequel le client entre ses données ?

The action was while user click ADD_ME_WAITLIST button on product_page/
We upgraded recaptcha_on_registration plugin.
Now it works fine.

If that don't solve your issue provide us these elements :
- Your reCaptcha setting configuration via a screenshot (hide your references)
- Tell us exactly where and what action are you performing to get this error message from.
