FedEx : HikaShop shipping plugin

Hi, I updated hika to 2.0 and now the plugin has a save button again.

However, I still get the error:

FEDEX Authentication Failed
No shipping method found

Can you please look at my screen shot and see if there's something missing? According to fedex, they don't use API Key anymore.

I have read through this thread several times now. I have been able to correct many issues using the information from here. I am now getting the error message: "No shipping method found" with the FedEx Shipping plugin. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Mohamed, I just went through the FAQ. That was helpful, thank you. I was able to fix most of the problems I was having.

Now that I have the shipping methods showing, I am getting the following error message:

"This shipment qualifies for FedEx Home Delivery. Please resubmit your request with serviceType Ground Home Delivery. There are no valid services available."

Any advice on how to correct this error message? Thanks.

Can you show me how did you configured your shipping method through some screenshots ?

is this the plugin that's included with hikashop?

my fedex plugin only shows up on lighter products. started another thread but i think this is the place it should be. site is globalenginesales.com
shipping method fedex shows up on the engine heads that are like 20-50 pounds but if you put an engine in the cart thats 250-350 pounds i get no shipping method found. cant get ups to show on any product either. though i'm guessing there's a ups plugin thread i should go find. i could really use some help i'm supposed to be at work with this working tomorrow morning. i'm freaking out.

what does it mean when i go to zones, then select shipping zones and theres nothing there? though this cant be the issue as the fedex plugin will show on the engine heads. i'm losing my mind

doh, had checked fedex box. ok now it shows

mind you i cant get anything but store pickup to show on the larger items

any chance this is being caused by not having dimensions set?

if someone could look at my settings i'd love ya forever been mucking with this all week and i'm all out of ideas

so i'm looking at my zencart shop and how it attains a quote without the weight restrictions. seems it breaks the larger items into several smaller packages.

We are using the Fedex connection on this site: www.endodispo.com/ .

The site is because of this very slow and giving errors like attached file.

What can be wrong?
